Warehouse & Manufacturing Facilities

Our 15000 Sqft area warehouse is well-equipped with a very sophisticated fabrication machinery facility at Tabata, Industrial area. The materials included in our scope of supply are available purchased from Dubai, Lebanon, Nairobi. The procurement of other consumable materials will be obtained by our Procurement Department upon app roval of material submittal by the CLIENT. These materials will be delivered by the supplier to our Tabata warehouse for quality and quantity check prior to delivery at site by our Transporter. We will ensure that all the materials that we will supply are in accordance with the project specifications and the approved submittals. After receiving materials the technical department will start fabrication according to the design and shop drawing prepared by our Engineering Department. After fabrication and Inspection, all materials will be well packed and delivered to the site.

Material Procurement

Recommended sources in United Arab Emirates and/or overseas (the sources bid base will expanded further by the procurement functions as they deem necessary for the requirement competition unless the requisition specifies a directed sole source).

• • Projects to be charged for the purchased material, facilities or services.
  • Quantity of each item required.
  • Adequate information concerning description, quality, specifications, drawings, etc., or details outlined or materials required.
  • Required delivery dates.
  • Delivery point.
  • Inspection of the goods from point of origin.
  • Requirement of certified test data and/or certification of compliance.
  • Method of shipment (if goods imported).
  • Instructions for holding, kiting consolidation, marking.
  • Special instructions to vendors.

The materials included in our scope of supply are available in the UAE, Nairobi and Lebanon.
